About MB Litom

We build business software, automation and AI-assisted digital systems with a strong focus on speed, practical value and long-term maintainability.

We build software around real business problems

MB Litom is a Lithuanian software development company creating practical digital systems for businesses that need more than a generic website or an off-the-shelf tool. We build web applications, internal systems, business automation, integrations, Odoo solutions, monitoring tools and custom software designed around the way a company actually works.

Our starting point is not a technology stack. It is the problem that costs the client time, money or attention. We first understand the workflow, identify what can be simplified or automated, and only then choose the technical solution. This allows us to build systems that are useful in daily operations instead of becoming another piece of software that a team has to work around.

AI-assisted development changes the economics of software delivery

Artificial intelligence is not an add-on to our workflow. It is part of how we research, design, implement, test, document and improve software. We combine human technical ownership with modern AI-assisted engineering so that many tasks that traditionally require long cycles of repetitive work can be completed substantially faster.

For the client, the value is simple: shorter delivery cycles, faster iteration, fewer hours spent on routine implementation and less money consumed by work that can be accelerated responsibly. A project that would traditionally move through long hand-offs between analysis, coding, testing and documentation can often be developed in much tighter feedback loops.

Speed does not mean cutting corners. We use AI to remove avoidable manual work while keeping architecture, security, business logic, deployment decisions and final responsibility under human control. The goal is not to generate more code. The goal is to reach a reliable business result with less waste.

Mira — our own vision of what an AI assistant can become

Mira is MB Litom's proprietary AI assistant project and one of the clearest examples of our long-term direction. It is being developed not as a conventional chat widget, but as an intelligent, context-aware digital presence that can live inside a website or business system, understand where the user is, respond by voice, guide people through services and processes, and work with approved business knowledge.

The current vision of Mira goes beyond answering questions. We are building toward a system that can maintain session context across pages, understand the content currently visible to the visitor, support natural voice interaction, react to interruptions, guide users through client portals and workflows, and learn from carefully reviewed knowledge rather than uncontrolled public input.

Our broader goal is to make Mira adaptable to different professions and industries. The same core can evolve into a sales assistant, negotiation specialist, service adviser, technical support agent, automotive specialist, internal company assistant or another domain-specific expert trained on the client's approved material and workflows.

This is also why we invest in our own AI infrastructure and models. We want AI functionality that can be shaped around the client's business instead of forcing every company into the limits of a generic external chatbot. Mira represents the direction in which we believe business software is moving: software that does not simply wait for clicks, but actively understands context and helps people complete work.

From idea to production

We can take responsibility for the complete technical path: clarifying the business problem, proposing the architecture, building the solution, integrating external systems, deploying it and supporting it after launch. Depending on the task, delivery may be a focused automation completed quickly, a larger custom system, or ongoing development and maintenance.

We prefer replaceable integrations, clear ownership, reliable background processing, logging, recoverable failures and systems that can be maintained after the first release. When a third-party service, API or interface changes, the rest of the product should not need to be rebuilt from zero.

A long-term technology partner, not only a project supplier

The strongest software relationship begins after the first successful delivery. Businesses change, processes evolve, integrations break, new opportunities appear and automation that saves ten minutes today can save hundreds of hours over time when it becomes part of a larger system.

For that reason, we are equally interested in long-term cooperation: maintaining production systems, improving existing tools, adding new automations, integrating new services and continuously reducing manual work across the organisation.
