Data we process

We may process information you provide through contact, project request, registration and account forms, including your name, email address, company, project information and messages. We also process limited technical and security data necessary to operate and protect the website, including IP address and timestamp when a software installer is requested or downloaded. We count public page views, broad referral-source categories and UTM campaign labels in aggregate on our server without retaining an IP-linked browsing history or click-tracking identifiers.

If you submit a public customer review, we collect your name, optional company, email address, selected product, rating, comment and your publication consent timestamp. After moderation, only your name, optional company, product, rating and comment are public; your email and consent record remain private. You can ask us to withdraw or delete a review at [email protected].

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, provide requested services, administer accounts, protect the website from abuse and comply with legal obligations. Where optional analytics or marketing technologies are used, they are activated only on the basis of your consent where consent is required.

Software licensing and trials

When you activate MB Litom desktop software or start a trial, we may process company name, company code, contact email, a hashed device identifier, device name, application version, IP address, activation timestamps and license status. We use this data to issue and validate licenses, enforce trial limits, prevent repeated trial abuse, provide support and protect our software from unauthorized use.

Retention and recipients

Non-identifying aggregate website usage counts are retained for up to 90 days. Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or legal obligation. We may use hosting, email, payment, security and other service providers acting under appropriate data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
