Website use

This website provides information about MB Litom and allows visitors to contact us, submit project enquiries and use available account or service functions. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or malicious content.

No automatic service contract

Website content, indicative pricing and project information do not by themselves create a service contract. Project scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, acceptance and other commercial terms are agreed separately in a proposal, order or contract.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content, branding, software and materials created by MB Litom are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Desktop software licences and trials

MB Litom desktop software may require online licence activation. A 30-day trial, where offered, is intended for evaluation and is limited to one trial per company and product and to the device on which it is activated. Reinstalling the software does not restart the trial period. After the trial expires, continued use requires a valid paid licence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must not intentionally bypass, disable, manipulate or circumvent licence controls, device limits, trial limits or other technical protection measures, nor use the software outside the rights granted by the applicable licence. Such conduct may constitute a breach of contract and intellectual-property rights and may give rise to civil or other liability where provided by applicable law.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all public information will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
