Litom Invoice Reconciliation brings bank transactions, invoices, receipts and other documents into one workflow. It reads documents locally, finds matches, separates internal transfers and prepares an Excel report. You keep the decisions; the software takes the mechanical work.

Is a person’s job really to hunt for the same amount across three different windows?
Manual reconciliation makes every transaction look like “just a few clicks”. The problem appears when those clicks repeat dozens or hundreds of times every month.
The matcher considers amount, date, invoice number, company code, IBAN, partner similarity and payment reference.
Automatic matches are separated from items needing review. Unclear cases are not silently forced into a result.

You choose whether documents are income or expense; the software does not guess the direction.
Review the matches
Clear matches are reconciled automatically; remaining cases are left for human review.

Summary, income, expenses, internal transfers, documents, undocumented transactions and open invoices.
What the software understands
- 1 payment → 1 invoice and 1 payment → multiple invoices
- Partial payments and invoice numbers in payment references
- Company code, IBAN, partner similarity, amount and date
- Clearly identified internal transfers
- Invoices, receipts and other scanned documents
What the software does not decide for you
- It does not guess whether a document is income or expense; you choose the direction
- It does not turn an unclear bank PDF or image into invented transactions
- Transactions with unknown direction are not auto-approved
- Low-confidence cases remain for review
And what happens to your documents?
Document OCR and reconciliation run locally on the Windows computer. The software license is validated online, but accounting documents do not need to be uploaded to an external OCR service. That matters when financial documents should not travel through third-party systems without a reason.
One company key. As many active computers as the license allows.
The license belongs to the company rather than requiring a different key for every employee. The same key can be activated on multiple computers up to the agreed active-seat limit. A computer can be released and the seat reused on another device.
Would it be a bad idea to download it first and see how much manual work it can remove?
The application is free to download; an MB Litom license key is required for use. If reconciliation is still manual today, one real test will at least show exactly how much time the old process consumes.
